What a testimony!

I could hardly put the book down once started. What faith and perseverance Mrs. Wurmbrand had. It makes me look at world events in a whole new way. I thought about what I was doing in my life while she (her husband and others) was being so persecuted. Nevertheless, she was trusting the Lord.

Worth your time

It was thoroughly engaging even while heart wrenching to read about the sufferings of believers...and others under Nazi, then communist rule in Romania. It is fitting to read, as persecution exists in many places in today's world also. The volume helps remind us to pray more earnestly for our brethren.
