I love it!

This book is awesome. Clearly explains everything you need to know about PACE fitness. I loved that it had blank worksheets in the back to track your progress. Definitely a good buy!

Useful PACE workout manual

This is a great book on how to use the PACE method of fitness. It's a little earlier than Dr. Sear's later book entitled PACE - The 12-minute Fitness Revolution, but has some additional charts in the back of the book which can be copied and used for your exercise periods in tracking your progress. Worth reading and using.
