Everything I wanted, all in one convenient tome.

Rather than being too focused on what hypothyroidism is, this book takes a refreshingly proactive approach and focuses on the changes (big and small) that you can make immediately and on an ongoing basis to improve your health and overall wellbeing. So far I've lost several pounds and feel sharper and more 'balanced'. What more could I ask for?

I didn't know what to expect with this book, it claimed to be a cookbook, exercise plan and lifestyle plan all in one for someone with hypothyroidism so it had a lot to live up to... and I'm happy to report it surpassed my expectations. I'd gladly recommend this book to anyone who wants to be shown exactly what they need to do to start improving their health immediately.

Fun to read, easy to follow, great results.

I almost never write reviews for products I buy but I feel it's almost my civic duty to recommend this book to others who are in need of straightforward, sensible advice on how to tackle their condition head-on. I was recommended this book by a friend of the family who was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about 2 months before I was and who had already has good results by following this guide. It's written in an enjoyable manner by an author with a nice, almost humerous yet very informative style and this makes for a surprisingly easy read. Well worth the low asking price.
